Communications via e-mail will suffice to describe your commissioned art work, video, and/or photography project, my agreement as to the specifics of the work you want done, and your agreement for amount paid. You are purchasing a custom made product, and you will sign-off at three phases of development. There are no refunds.

A contract concerning our specific agreement will be e-mailed to you and you will return that e-mail to me stating your agreement to terms.

Payment is by PayPal. An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Once you have paid the agreed-to fee, I will begin your project and complete it in a timely fashion within an agreed-to range of time.

 

This website clearly displays the nature and quality of my work. You will be given a concept proposal mock-up and two proofs, one midway and one final. I expect your guidance and feedback, and for you to sign-off at these three points of the project.

All work commissioned and communications are private. Once you have signed-off on the final proof and received your final product, you have rights to reproduce and use as you wish.

I maintain copyright on the art work itself and my rights to reproduce, such as for an art print, and reserve the right to use your final product for my own advertising and may post that final product on the internet and otherwise use for advertising purposes.
